                                     PENALTIES NOT OTHERWISE STATED
 
1.  Violation of any provision of this code, shall constitute a misdemeanor
level offense if not otherwise stated.
 
2.  All prior establishment ordinances, annexation ordinances and entitlement
ordinances, are hereby continued in full force and effect to the extent that they:

     a) Created an on going entity or approved the establishment of the business or entity.
 
     b)  Annexed property to the City of Barrett. 
 
     c)  Created an entitlement or benefit to any person or entity.
